This website is operated by Ruby Goji Farm Corp. ("we", "us"), the U.S. company of Ningxia Wolfberry Goji Industry Co., Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect through rubygojifarm.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you request a quote, we receive your company name, business type, location, work email, the products you ticked, whether you would like samples, and any message you write. If you email us, we receive your email and anything in it.
• Basic technical information. Our hosting provider tells us the approximate country a request comes from, based on its IP address. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

How we use it

We use the information you send to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes, specification sheets and samples, and handle orders and the business correspondence that follows. We do not use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

• Our parent company, Ningxia Wolfberry Goji Industry Co., Ltd., when it is needed to prepare a quote, samples or an order for you.
• Service providers that run this website and our email: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (delivering form messages to our inbox) and Google Workspace (our email). They process the information only to provide those services to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. While you browse, your browser keeps the products you ticked and the form fields you filled in, so they are still there when you reopen the quote form. This is stored only in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, "Do Not Track" browser signals do not change how this site works.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and order correspondence for as long as we need it for the business relationship and for our tax and accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@rubygojifarm.com. We will reply by email.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
